Holly Hoffman
Motivational Speaker and
Survivor Nicaragua Contestant

Someone once said that the only certainty in life is change… Holly Hoffman knows about change. The former South Dakota Female Athlete of the Year and State Champion Hurdler, while looking at photos of her daughter being crowned of Miss South Dakota, Holly knew for her there needed to be some change.

The need for a lifetime change was further evident a few days later when, after looking in the mirror for an indefinite amount of time, Holly made the decision to get back on the track of healthy living. Holly changed the course of life, setting the stage for her becoming known as “Mama Holly” throughout the world of reality TV.

After her lifetime change, Holly decided it was time for a challenge and for an adventure. The life lessons really began.  After auditioning for the reality show, Survivor, and being selected to appear on Season 21, Survivor Nicaragua, lessons on survival became her life lessons to share.

Holly’s motivational and inspirational presentations encourage women to take time for themselves, knowing that putting themselves first is not only okay, but very much needed.  The entire world can believe in you but if you don’t believe in yourself, nothing else matters. Change is inevitable – we must be prepared and embrace it when it comes our way and we must encourage it when it will better our own lives and the lives of others!

Holly is the author of “Your Winner Within”. We all have a winner inside of us we just need to take charge of our life, discover our true purpose, and create our own future.

Holly regularly keynotes Go Red For Women events for the American Heart Association because her passion to share the message is so very strong and she knows the importance of thriving to survive.  She knows that she was heading down the path of heart disease.
