Last year we made a commitment to heart healthy changes in our lives. As a result women have stopped smoking—breaking a 20 year habit—others have started an exercise program and still others are finally setting aside “me” time.  Go Red will inspire us to recommit to the heart healthy goals we have for ourselves and our family. So do something good for yourself—join us for an event that changes lives! We promise laughter and some surprises, too.
